Gym / Exercise log

I've created this log to track how my activity and exercise increases (and changes) post transplant... Prior to this, although my brain was telling me I could do everything under the sun, my poor little body often struggled to do the most basic of exercise. I still tried to walk the dog, and do things round the house... I even managed several weeks of swimming whilst on oxygen (caused a LOT of raised eyebrows there!) but things made me so tired and wiped out for days... now since my transplant I find I can do so much more without the desperate need to sleep that I want to be able to see just how much better I'm doing... so here it is. I know it starts quite boring, and does become quite repetitive it shows just how life changing having my new shineys has been...
